Probate Administration
If a loved one has passed and they have left assets needing probate court administration, I will ensure the proper documents are filed with the court and all necessary deadlines are met to maintain the probate estate.
Trust Administration
Even if all of the proper estate planning documents are in place, losing a loved one is a difficult time. I will assist in the administration of the trust assets in order to ensure the smooth and timely distribution of assets as well as other legal requirements.
